The 7th of FPS program was successfully completed in the week of December 19th 2011
Since we firstly conducted this seminar in 2009, it has been the 7th session in the public course format. In this session, we had delegates from Bitzer, Bombarider, BSH, Colgate, Continental, Ericsson, General Motors, Hoerbiger, Ingersoll Rand, JCB, Weidmuller and other 11 companies. It was a superb group to discuss the topics which mostly relate to their interest.

The 17th PM Program was well attended by nearly 100 delegates throughout the continuous three sessions in the week of December 12th 2011.
In this PM week, we had nearly 100 delegates participating different levels of PM workshops. The distinguished clients were from Baxter, Bostik, Fresenius Kabi, Givaudan, Johnson & Johnson, Knauf, Legrand, Mettler Toleto, Monsanto, Osram, Radiometer, Draeger, Nalco, Plantronics, UAES, Thorn Lighting, Zwilling, Atlas Copco, Carrier, Dow, Honeywell, PALL, Novozymes, Sandvik, SGL Carbon, Vacon, Volkswagen, etc. (not list all the names)

The MPB program was well finished in the week of November 14, 2011
We put this program in the last quarter, for that most of marketers started doing the marketing planning and budgeting. Although really superb budget planning depends on effective data support, it gave a strategic overview on how to plan the marketing activities systematically. We thank for the presence from the companies such as BD Medical, ABB, Philips Lighting, Cisco, Parker, Unifrax, Agilent, Celanese, Solidworks, Zebra, etc.

The NPI6 & QI4 programs were completed in the week of October 24th 2011.
We put these two programs together, because one trainer led both of them. Bringing with 11 years’ experience in Honda as well as more than 20 years’ experience of consulting, the trainer can always inspire people a lot with his humor style.
The programs are relevant to automotive industry, but obviously not just limited to the industry, if people bring with open eyes!

The 5th VBP program took place in the middle of September 2011.
As a module of MBA program in UK and US, this program might be too intensive and focused for some of delegates. A few past delegates told they had to spend one more week to review and digest after the course. But if you can really do that, gain a lot!

The three sessions of New Plant programs got all full-house record and were held from August 22nd to 30th 2011.
In these three sessions, we strictly control the class size to ensure a better quality result. Setting up a new facility is a huge project for a company and also a big topic can actually cover lots of different points. Macro and Micro Layout design is our focus anyway. Hopefully it could be a good supplement for the executives who were just involving the projects.

The in-house PM program to Bosch Rexroth was finished its last stage in early August 2011.
It was a great experience to spend time with the PM team of Bosch Rexroth since the first stage starting 2010. PM role can very different in different companies. It’s proven to be quite necessary to have PMs at technical side to obtain some marketing knowledge and the capability of understanding customer value well.

The FPS program for TE (Tyco Electronics) Kunshan Plant took place on May 29th & 30th 2011.

The FPS program for Shanghai Volkswagen Nanjing Plant took place on May 27th & 28th 2011.

Shanghai Volkswagen NPI project was completed on November 10th 2010
As one of our long-term loyal customers, Shanghai Volkswagen invited our expert consultant to conduct a 2-day workshop regarding NPI to factory in their Shanghai site.
This internal training provided a great opportunity to equip SVW people with some new problem solving methods in their new products projects.

Schaeffler Taicang NPI project was completed on October 29th 2010

16 Customized PM Modules were launched to meet different skill learning demands from Product Managers.

Our flag course – product manager workshop has been improved and re-designed to different levels of product managers. The new courses will be held in April 2009.
We are learning from every session of our product manager workshop. We realized different demands from product managers with different background; therefore we newly designed two courses: Foundation Skills and Advanced Skills respectively for two levels of product managers.

You can choose to attend the Foundation session on April 13-14 and Advanced one on April 15-16, or take the whole 4-day program, but you’ve got to act quicker as the seats are really limited!!

The 2nd Quality Improvement workshop was held as planned on Nov 27-28 2008 in Shanghai
The 2nd session had the attendance from companies such as Changzhou Kohler Power Systems, Embraco, Hilti, Laerdal, Leoni Cable, Ericsson Panda, Nuskin, RefComp, Schindler, Wincor Nixdorf, etc.

The major benefit of a small sized workshop is able to discuss the specific issues in depth. Kevin’s speech and professional expertise made the workshop so impressive as we learned from those attendees.

The in-house training with Tyco Electronics was done successfully on Nov 13-14 2008.
The attendees were from different business units within Tyco and from different cities. Apart from the benefits from the workshop itself, all the colleagues had a wonderful chance to get together to share their insights regarding the product management.

Followed by the cooperation with Tyco in public workshops for a few years, it was the first time to work with this company on in-house training case. Based on it, we’ll keep a longer relationship each other to help the growth of managers there.

Channel Management Training was successfully finished in May in Shanghai
It’s the 3rd session we conducted this workshop in Shanghai and it’s the most relevant channel management workshop for Hi-tech industry.
